Vinification process: Night harvest to preserve aromatic potential.
This wine is obtained by rapid maceration of the Cinsault (saignée process), which is then vinified in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures. The Grenache is obtained by direct press. Then follows a traditional vinification process.
Tasting notes: Pale salmon reflections. Intense nose of small slightly acid fruits. Beautiful salty and fleshy mouth in the aromas of litchis and vine peaches.
To be tasted: From 1 to 5 years.
Tasting tips: Drink between 8 and 12 ° C as an aperitif or paired with salads and barbecue during sunny summers!
