Terms & Conditions
This page tells you information about us and the legal terms and conditions on which we sell any of the products listed on our website to you. Please note that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the other documents expressly referred to in it.
Please click on the button marked "I Accept" at the end of these Terms if you accept them. If you refuse to accept these Terms, you will not be able to order any Products from our site.
At present we only supply to customers within the UK.
We accept Visa , Mastercard, Switch and Delta.
1.1. To order any Products on EnoVino's website you can browse our Catalog, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. When you place an order on this website you confirm that you are at least 18.
1.2. There's no minimum order quantity, you can order whatever quantity you like from a single bottle.
1.3. Mixed case orders will be accepted.
1.4. After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right not to accept any order for any or no reason.
1.5. We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Products have been dispatched ("Dispatch Confirmation"). The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
2.1. We endeavour to keep all our recommended wines in stock, however we cannot guarantee availability of all products.
2.2. In the event of a product being out of stock, we will email ("Limited Availability Notification") you with the option to (i) cancel your order and be fully refunded if you have already paid for the Products, (ii) change the selected Product for a substitute product of your choice (the "Substitute Product") provided that any difference of price between the Substitute Product and the ordered Product shall be paid by you or refunded by us, as the case may be or (iii) wait for it to come into stock. In the absence of instructions received from you within 7 calendar days from the Limited Availability Notification, a Substitute Product that we reasonably believe of being either equal or greater value and price will be delivered to you as per clause Our delivery system below.
2.3. If you're after a specific product which isn't on our Catalog please enquire about price and availability via email and we'll see if we can source it for you.
3. Our delivery system
3.1. Subject to Clause Force Majeure, all complete orders received before midday on Tuesday for delivery in the UK/London will, subject to availability (see above) be delivered either on the following Wednesday or Thursday between 9:00 a.m- 6:00 p.m. Orders received after midday on Tuesday but before midday on Wednesday will be delivered on the following Thursday between 9:00 a.m- 6:00 p.m. Orders received after midday on Wednesday will be delivered either on Wednesday or Thursday of the following week between 09:00 a.m- 6:00 p.m.
3.2. No delivery will be made on Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.
3.3. Deliveries to London and mainland UK are made on our own vehicles or by a courier company.
3.4. A signature from an adult, aged 18 or over, will be required by the courier on delivery. Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you gave us.
3.5. If there is nobody in when the courier arrives we will leave you a note that the Products have been returned to our premises. We can then arrange for redelivery but this will incur an additional delivery charge. If you'd like us to deliver to a neighbour in your absence, we will require the address and telephone number of the person designated, whose signature will be required by the courier on delivery.
3.6. The Products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery. Please open and examine cases on arrival and indicate any problems on the carrier’s sheet and notify us within seven days of any missing or faulty items. After seven days you will be deemed to have accepted the Products and no returns will be accepted thereafter.
Note on specific delivery times.
The goods are shipped on individual vehicles which planned routes are dependant on that day's deliveries. If you suspect that you are not going to be in when the courier calls, please organise when placing your order to leave your delivery with a neighbour.
We do our best, as do the couriers, to provide a good reliable delivery service, but it simply isn't possible to accomodate specific times of day. However, it is possible to inform you which day your order will be delivered once the route has been planned - upon request ; either by email or phone call.
4. Delivery charges
4.1. Delivery to London postcodes: N, NW, SW, SE, W, WC, E and EC: Delivery on orders under 12 bottles of wine or under 24 bottles of beer is charged at a flat fee of £9.99. Delivery on orders over 12 bottles of wine or over 24 bottles of beer is FREE of charge.
4.2. On orders of 12 or more bottles of wine or 24 or more bottles of beer to London (see postcodes above) or orders of £300 or more to the rest of mainland UK we pay the full delivery charge.
4.3. Delivery to UK Mainland: Delivery on orders under £300 is charged at a flat fee of £9.99 for any quantity from a single bottle upwards. Delivery on orders over £300 is FREE of charge.
4.4. We regret we are not currently able to deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland nor outside UK.
All our prices are quoted as Duty Paid and include VAT.
6. Credit Card Security

7.1. You may cancel your order from the date of Dispatch Confirmation. If the Products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of 7 calendar days, in which you may cancel starting from the day you receive the Products.
7.2. All products must be returned to EnoVino Organic Ltd at 15H DALGARNO GARDENS, LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, W10 5JN unopened and undamaged within 14 days of the cancellation. Delivery costs are at your charge.
7.3. To cancel an order, you must contact us in writing by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, alternatively, you can call on 02089 324 206.
7.4. You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the Products. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible (in any case normally, within 30 calendar days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation as described in clause 7.3). If you returned the Products to us because they were faulty or mis-described, please see clause Returns Policy.
8. Returns Policy
8.1. We offer a full refund to all customers if goods turn out to be faulty or different from those ordered. Please check the condition of the goods on delivery and record any breakages on the courier's delivery note. We cannot offer a refund if you simply don't like the wine, only if it is faulty. If there is a problem please contact us via email, stating the nature of the problem and quoting your order number and personal details. Then please return the items to the address below [clause Information about us]. Any faulty wines must be reported and returned within 7 days of the date of sale to be evaluated for refund correctly. We regret that after this time we cannot offer a refund or replacement as the wine may have been subject to outside influences (excessive heat/cold/light/vibration) after delivery for which we can take no responsibility.
8.2. Upon receipt of the items we will contact you within three working days to arrange refund or exchange (all refunds will be re-credited to the purchasing credit / debit card account - including any additional reasonable postage charges incurred).
8.3. Refunds will be credited back to your account upon receipt of the items. This process normally takes no more than two weeks.
9. Force Majeure
9.1. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations hereunder that is caused by a Force Majeure Event (as defined below).
9.2. A Force Majeure Event means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
9.3. If a Force Majeure Event takes place that affects the performance of our obligations hereunder:(a) we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and (b) our obligations hereunder will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event. Where the Force Majeure Event affects our delivery of Products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Force Majeure Event is over.

11. Information About Us:
We operate the website www.enovinoorganic.co.uk. We are EnoVino Organic Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12350987; VAT number 133550929 and with our office at 15H DALGARNO GARDENS, LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, W10 5JN.
12.1. EnoVino Organic Ltd do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
12.2. Personal details, such as email addresses, postal codes and telephone numbers are held on our database to enable fulfilment of your order and if you have given your consent, so we can alert you to any future offers available through the online store . These details are held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not be shared with any other organisation unless required to do so by law.
13. Other Important Terms
13.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts
13.2. This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms, whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties Act) 1999 or otherwise.
13.3. We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. These Terms were most recently updated on 26th October 2012.
